Short & Sweet

Offering up to four hours of continuous time at one location for couples who need a smaller, more flexible package. ‘Short & Sweet is typically used to photograph formals of the bride and groom and their families, but short ceremonies can be accommodated.

Classic 8

Our most popular package. Up to eight hours of continuous time. This plan typically covers the ceremony, formals, and the first few dances.

Epic 10

For those planning longer ceremonies or multiple events throughout the day, ‘Epic 10’ offers up to ten hours of continuous time. Tone refers to the light values within an image. Your retoucher works on deemphasizing smoothing out the transitions from dark to light and light to dark throughout the face to make fine details and shapes more youthful.

How it Works

The process of booking me as your photographer is pretty straightforward, but I recommend that you start by gathering as many details about your wedding as possible: date, time, and location of wedding, list of scheduled events, number of guests, important people, size of wedding party, etc. You don’t need everything pinned down just yet, but any details you can provide will help us anticipate any issues we may need to plan for. When you’re ready to meet, make contact!

Contact me via email or the contact form. Include your wedding date and availability to meet in person.

Meet me in person to see if we’re a good fit. I will answer your questions and go over the documents necessary to move forward with a booking.

Make an initial payment of 25% to hold your date. Make a second payment for the balance four weeks prior to the wedding date.

Enjoy your wedding day! We’ll collaborate when the time is right; otherwise, I’ll be out of your way.

After your files have been processed, you will receive a link to download your images (Alternatively, I can deliver a USB key containing your files).

Frequently Asked Questions

Who photographs our wedding?

I do. If I’m prevented from photographing your wedding due to serious illness, car accident, acts of God, etc. I will refund you in full.

Tell me about your approach to wedding photography?

Like most wedding photographers, I get candid shots whenever possible. For formal images, often taken immediately after the ceremony, I try to strike a balance between some gentle direction and just letting you be you. This is a topic couples often discuss with me before making a commitment.

How many pictures do we get?

I typically deliver about two hundred pictures for a small to medium wedding and about four hundred for long weddings; however, I don’t guarantee a particular number. It’s best to communicate your priorities to me in advance, and I’ll do my best to get what you want.

Can you add a ‘filter’ to my photos to look like ____ style?

Yes, I can match a colour and tonal grading of your choice for an additional fee. However, exact style matches may not be possible due to differences in lighting and exposure. To proceed with a stylized colour grade, talk to me in advance and provide samples of the style you would like me to emulate.

How long does editing and delivery take?

I deliver in three weeks.

How do I book you?

Reach out via email or the contact form. We’ll arrange a meeting and go from there.

Do you have venue insurance?

I can obtain liability insurance on a case by case basis as requested.

What if I need to cancel?

For reserving your wedding date, I retain 25% of the total package price when the notice of cancellation occurs at least 4 weeks prior to the reserved date. If wedding photography is cancelled within 4 weeks of the reserved date, I retain 50% of the total package price.

Do you have a contingency plan if your equipment malfunctions?

I bring a back up camera, lens, batteries, and chargers.
